Description

Various improvements to the Gateway:

1. Increases the default root volume size to 80GB because Windows is very needy diskspace wise.
2. Explicitly states to reboot if needed when applying patches.
3. Adds an alarm to the run patch task.
4. Adds an alarm for the autoscaling group when in-service instances drops below var.desired_capacity.
5. Remove a lot of unnecessary variables from tfvars that are default anyway.
6. Bumped package versions for gateway and athena drivers.
7. Gives Prod more beefy instances (t3.xlarge and 200GB disk).
8. Allows for clustering of 2 gateways (needs testing thoroughly).
9. Restricts patch concurrency to 1 so in a cluster a failure of the first instance will prevent the 2nd being patched.
